Recycled Metal School Crossing Platter

Size: 24" diameter

Price: $425. Due to the size and weight of this item, $10 will be added to the shipping cost.

Materials: Retired aluminum traffic signs and copper rivets

Watch for children! This stylish large platter is handmade from recycled, retired aluminum traffic signs and copper rivets by metalsmith Boris Bally, whose work keeps approximately 25,000 pounds of discarded material out of the landfill each year. This earth-friendly accent is easily displayed on a wall with its pre-drilled hanging hole, or can be used to serve fruit or dry food only.

Because traffic signs signs develop different natural patinas from long exposure to weather, each platter is unique, but all feature the international symbol for school crossing.
